Shipping details:
We are shipping world wide with FEDEX and DTDC international. In India , we are shipping with DELIVERY and DTDC. Shipping is FREE for any single product in India only . However, if your order is 2 in number or exceeds 2 in quantity, then shipping will be charged as per the pincode of the area in India.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you wish to cancel your purchase before the product is despatched, you will be paid the entire amount excluding the processing charges: (India; Rs 100. International: Rs 250)
However, if the product has been despatched, you would not be entitled to any refund.
RETURN POLICY:
We are shipping absolutely new products to customers. In case you wish to return the product, you would be required to return within 7 days of the despatch or within 2 days of receiving the product , whichever is earlier. Please do not remove the tags and ensure it is returned by you in the same packing ensuring safety of the products. Courier return arrangements and charges will be made by you. We will refund the money after checking the products carefully. If it is damaged/stained/looks used, refund will be cancelled. If the product is in the same new condition as delivered, and reaches us within 7 days, refund will be processed.
